Terms of using UniLify. Read these terms carefully before using our services.

These terms and conditions outline the rules for using the UniLify platform and all services provided. By using our site, you agree to comply with these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All information you enter must be accurate and true to ensure the best experience.
Content you post must be honest and not offensive. We reserve the right to delete any content that violates our rules or harms the community.
We strive to provide the best service, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of all user-posted information. Use of the site is at your own risk.
These terms are subject to Egyptian law. Any dispute is resolved according to Egyptian law and through competent Egyptian courts.
UniLify Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Payments are processed through secure gateways. If you cancel, you may continue using paid features until the end of the paid period without refund for the unused portion.
All advertising campaigns on UniLify are subject to prior review and approval. Advertisers must provide accurate, non-misleading information. UniLify may reject any ad that does not meet quality standards or conflicts with platform policies. Sponsored listings are clearly labeled.
Online bookings are made through UniLify's booking flow. Prices and deposit amounts shown at confirmation are binding for that reservation. Pay-on-arrival is available where the business allows it. Card and mobile-wallet deposits are processed via Paymob; UniLify does not store full card numbers. Cancellation, late cancellation, and no-show rules are set per business category and displayed before payment. All payments and disputes should stay on-platform.
Business owners on Free can manage overview, services, reviews, and settings. Features such as online bookings, detailed analytics, and promote tools may require Pro or a higher plan. Attempting to use a locked feature returns an upgrade requirement — not access to another owner's data.
You may report places, reviews, or other content that violates these terms. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action we consider appropriate. Track your reports under Profile → Reports. Identity verification submissions are reviewed for eligibility only and may be approved or rejected.
You may close your account from Settings or by contacting support. Closing an account does not cancel active paid subscriptions until the end of the paid period unless required by law. Outstanding fees, disputes, or fraud investigations may delay full closure. Owner listings may be unpublished when the controlling account is closed.
Promo codes and verified-membership discounts are applied only after server validation at checkout. UniLify may change, pause, or end campaigns. Misuse (sharing restricted codes, forged cards) can void the discount and lead to enforcement under these terms.
Owners must keep listing details accurate (hours, prices, services), honour confirmed bookings and stated cancellation rules, and not mislead customers. UniLify may pause or remove listings that repeatedly break these standards. Platform tools (wallet, ads, Pro) do not transfer legal responsibility for the services you deliver to customers.
Customers may post a Service Need so nearby verified businesses can send competing offers. Accepting an offer creates a booking Hub conversation. Keep negotiation, payment, and completion on UniLify. Sharing phone numbers or moving off-platform to avoid fees may void platform protection and can lead to account action. Lead fees charged to businesses follow the commercial terms shown when unlocking a lead.
For your safety, complete bookings, quotes, and Service Need negotiations inside UniLify. Off-platform deals are not covered by our refund policy, dispute tools, or trust signals. We may warn or restrict accounts that repeatedly push customers off the platform.
By using UniLify, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all these terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our site.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the site after these changes constitutes acceptance of them.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account in case of violation of these terms. You may also close your account at any time from settings.
